How to Fill Out the Japanese Booking Site (Instant Reservation)

This page explains how to make an immediate reservation using the Japanese booking site (EPARK歯科).

This is the only way to make an instant reservation without submitting multiple date options and waiting for a reply.
If you would like to confirm your appointment immediately, please follow this method.

The booking form is in Japanese, but you can fill it out in English by following the step-by-step instructions below.

Entering Japanese Hiragana

There is a section where you’ll need to enter “な” in Japanese hiragana.
If you can’t type in hiragana, please open this page on your smartphone and copy & paste the example text.

Free Account Required on “EPARK”

Creating a free account on the EPARK Dental site is required to make a reservation. Don’t worry — it’s free of charge.

Reservation Details via Email

Reservation details will be sent to the email address you provide in the form. These emails will be in Japanese.

Questions or Changes — Contact Us in English

If you have trouble understanding the instructions or wish to make changes or cancel your appointment, please use our reservation request form, WhatsApp or LINE. You can enter your name & email address and contact us there — communication in English is possible through that channel.
