Confirmation & Cancellation Policy

Your appointment is fully confirmed once you receive a message titled [Confirmation] with your scheduled date and time.
This is not a tentative booking.

We reserve approximately 1 hour exclusively for your visit.
If you cancel or change your appointment after confirmation, a ¥11,000 cancellation fee will apply.

We kindly ask for your understanding.
If your schedule changes after sending your booking request, please be sure to inform us as soon as possible.

Late Arrival Policy

If you arrive more than 10 minutes late without notice, we may not be able to proceed with your treatment.

If you expect to be more than 5 minutes late, please contact us in advance.
This helps us adjust our schedule and ensure smooth care for all patients.

Q: Can I book even if I don’t speak Japanese?

A: Yes! Our team uses a reliable translation app. You’ll get clear guidance in English via WhatsApp or LINE.

Q: Is there a minimum fee?

A: Yes. All treatments for non-Japanese speakers start from ¥33,000 [Services & Fees]. We’ll explain everything clearly before treatment.

Q: Can I choose the appointment time myself?

A: Yes. Just send us 2–3 preferred time slots (12PM–2AM) and we’ll confirm the one that works best.

Q: Is same-day booking available?

A: Sometimes! If we have availability, we may be able to accommodate same-day appointments. Please contact us early.

Q: How do I confirm my booking?

A: After you send your info by WhatsApp or LINE, we’ll reply with a confirmed appointment time .

Q: What if I need to cancel or reschedule?

A: If you need to reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible. If you cancel or change your appointment after confirmation, a ¥11,000 cancellation fee will apply[CANCELLATION POLICY].
