What Kind of Message Should I Send?
When you add us on WhatsApp, you’ll receive an automated message to guide you step-by-step. Just follow the prompts to complete your booking.
We may ask for the following information to confirm your appointment:
① Name
② Date of Birth
③ Gender
④ Symptoms or treatment request
⑤ Your 3 preferred date/time slots (24h or AM/PM OK)

– May 22, 12–15PM
Time slots:
– 12–3PM / 3–6PM / 6–9PM / 10–12AM / 12–2AM

If you don’t show up without notice, or cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment, a ¥11,000 cancellation fee will apply. If you’ve already paid a deposit, it will be used as the cancellation fee. Future bookings may be restricted. If you need to reschedule, we may not always be able to accommodate, but please let us know as soon as possible via the same method we’ve been using. | If you arrive more than 10 minutes late without notice, we may not be able to provide treatment. If you expect to be more than 5 minutes late, please contact us in advance so we can adjust the schedule accordingly. |
