Your Reservation Is Confirmed After Deposit Payment

To confirm your booking, we kindly ask non-Japanese speaking patients to pay a ¥11,000 deposit in advance. (Please see below for payment instructions and deadlines.)

Once your deposit is received, your appointment slot is fully secured—so you can visit us with confidence.

The deposit helps us prepare for your visit and provide personalized care.

Note: The full amount will be applied toward your treatment cost on the day of your visit.

If you need to cancel, don’t worry—just contact us at least 24 hours in advance, and we’ll refund your deposit in full(minus card fee).

Why Do We Require a Deposit?

To provide smooth, high-quality care, we reserve a dedicated time slot just for you.
For this reason, a ¥11,000 deposit is required for all bookings made by non-Japanese speakers.
This helps us reserve your time securely and ensure everything is ready for your visit.

Instant Booking Exception

If you use our Instant Booking system, no deposit is required. Your appointment is confirmed immediately once the form is submitted. However, this option is available only via our Japanese form with English instructions.

Payment Deadline: When Should I Pay?

Your appointment is provisionally held after confirming your preferred date and time.
To finalize your booking, please pay the deposit as follows:

Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Full refund(minus card fee) if canceled more than 24 hours before your appointment
  • No refund if canceled within 24 hours, or if you miss your appointment without notice. Your deposit will be fully applied as a cancellation fee.
  • To cancel, reschedule just message us via WhatsApp, LINE, or email — and please include your full name so we can identify your booking.

  • This deposit system applies only to non-Japanese speakers who do not use Japanese national health insurance.
  • Once confirmed, your time slot is exclusively reserved for you. Please notify us promptly if you need to reschedule.
  • For late arrivals: If you are more than 10 minutes late without contacting us, we may not be able to provide treatment.

Here’s how to book your appointment smoothly:

1. Send a message or fill out our booking form

Choose WhatsApp, LINE, or Google Form – whichever is easiest for you.

2. Receive Provisional reservation time & Pay the deposit

We’ll reply with a provisional reservation time and a secure payment link to pay deposit.

Your appointment will only be confirmed after we receive your deposit. Please make your payment promptly to secure your visit.

3. Confirmed

Once the deposit is received, your appointment is officially confirmed.

Non-Japanese Speakers Fee Start from ¥33,000

Treatment starts from ¥33,000.
After an in-person diagnosis, we will clearly explain the fees. [Services & Fees]

If you do not have Japanese health insurance or cannot communicate in Japanese, treatment will be private care, starting from ¥33,000.

A ¥11,000 deposit is required by the deadline.

Booking Policies

Confirmation & Cancellation PolicyArrival Policy
If you don’t show up without notice, or cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment, a ¥11,000 cancellation fee will apply. If you’ve already paid a deposit, it will be used as the cancellation fee. Future bookings may be restricted.

If you need to reschedule, we may not always be able to accommodate, but please let us know as soon as possible via the same method we’ve been using.
If you arrive more than 10 minutes late without notice, we may not be able to provide treatment.
If you expect to be more than 5 minutes late, please contact us in advance so we can adjust the schedule accordingly.
