Why Do We Require a Deposit?

To provide smooth, high-quality care, we reserve a dedicated time slot just for you.
For this reason, a ¥11,000 deposit is required for all bookings made by non-Japanese speakers.
This helps us reserve your time securely and ensure everything is ready for your visit.

Instant Booking Exception

If you use our Instant Booking system, no deposit is required. Your appointment is confirmed immediately once the form is submitted. However, this option is available only via our Japanese form with English instructions.

Payment Deadline: When Should I Pay?

Your appointment is provisionally held after confirming your preferred date and time.
To finalize your booking, please pay the deposit as follows:

Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Full refund(minus card fee) if canceled more than 24 hours before your appointment

Booking Policies

If you don’t show up without notice, or cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment, a ¥11,000 cancellation fee will apply. If you’ve already paid a deposit, it will be used as the cancellation fee. Future bookings may be restricted. If you need to reschedule, we may not always be able to accommodate, but please let us know as soon as possible via the same method we’ve been using.	If you arrive more than 10 minutes late without notice, we may not be able to provide treatment. If you expect to be more than 5 minutes late, please contact us in advance so we can adjust the schedule accordingly.
