Note: for Patients with Japanese Language Skills and Insurance
If you are a foreign national who speaks Japanese and has Japanese health insurance, you can receive insured treatment.
In that case, please use the regular booking method for Japanese patients.
Please note: If you contact us in English before your visit, your treatment will be considered private care (from ¥33,000), even if you have insurance.

We do not accept Japanese National Health Insurance.
For your convenience, we accept cash(Japanese yen), major credit cards and debit cards.
Important Booking Policies
Confirmation & Cancellation Policy
Arrival Policy
If you arrive more than 10 minutes late without notice, we may not be able to provide treatment.
If you expect to be more than 5 minutes late, please contact us in advance so we can adjust the schedule accordingly.
Please do not late for your appointment
Cancellation Policy(Reshedule)
11,000 yen fee assessed for every appointment missed or cancelled less than 24 hours in advance, unless there is a reasonable excuse.
If you do not show up for your appointment without prior notice after receiving our confirmation email regarding your reservation date and time, a cancellation fee will be charged, and you may be restricted from making future appointments.
If you need to reschedule, we may not always be able to accommodate your request. However, please contact us via the inquiry form as soon as possible once you are aware of the change.
Late Arrivals May Not Be Treated
To ensure smooth treatment, we have set appointment times.
Please arrive on time.
If you expect to be more than 5 minutes late, please contact us by email, form, or LINE (not by phone).
If you are more than 10 minutes late without notice, we may not be able to provide treatment and your appointment may need to be rescheduled.
