Q: Is the treatment painful?
A: We provide pain-conscious dental care to ensure your comfort.
We always apply numbing gel and anesthesia when needed, and we take time to explain each step before starting.
If you’re feeling nervous, just let us know—we’ll do everything we can to help you feel at ease.
Q: Do I need Japanese health insurance?
A: No, you don’t need Japanese health insurance to visit our clinic. Please bring your ID (passport, etc.).
The minimum fee for private treatment is ¥33,000, depending on your symptoms and required care.

Q: Is a deposit required?
A: A ¥11,000 deposit is required.
We ask for a deposit to secure your treatment slot and prepare for the best possible care.
All booking methods (WhatsApp, LINE, or Google Forms), a ¥11,000 deposit is required to confirm your appointment. All communication can be done in English.
The deposit will be fully applied to your treatment fee. If you cancel more than 48 hours in advance, it will be refunded minus processing fees.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment will result in the deposit being used as a cancellation fee.

Q: When are you open?
A: We are open every day, including weekends, public holidays, and even late at night — from 12:00 PM to 5:00 AM.
You can visit us at a time that suits your travel schedule, depending on availability. However, please note that late-night appointments may close early, so we recommend booking as soon as possible.

At our clinic, treatment is provided as usual, and payment must be made at the time of your visit. After that, you will need to submit a claim directly to your insurance company yourself.
If you require a medical certificate for your travel insurance claim, please let us know at the time of your visit. (Please note that issuing a medical certificate is subject to a fee.)

For general dental treatments, please allow around 30 to 60 minutes, depending on the issue.
Whitening usually takes about 1 hour, and cleanings take about 40 minutes.
We’ll explain the expected duration more precisely after your consultation.

For whitening, a dentist will first examine your oral condition, and the treatment will be provided by either a dentist or a dental hygienist.
